The house is situated in a beautiful Ibizencan country area surrounded by olive, lemon and cherry trees and the relaxing sound of a small stream that originally fed the watermill. The 200 m2 house consists in 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchen, living room. The fourth bedroom is in a separate apartment in the pool house with a bathroom and a living area with tv and breakfast bar. It also offers internet connection, tv, dvd player and hi-fi system. Outside we can find the pool of 8 x 6 meters, jacuzzi next to the pool, different terraces, solarium, BBQ, built in aquarium, gardens and a beautiful country view all around.
