Once you have passed the electric gates and follow the driveway that leads to a carport that fits two large vehicles. In front of the villa, there are several terraces. The first one in the corner of the garden has a covering and is the ideal place to have breakfast in the summer. It overlooks the city and port of Ibiza and mountains on the side. Next to the terrace is a pond with lilies, flowers and little fish. Through the glass doors of the living room you reach a wide terrace that is situated opposite the main pool. It is furnished with seats and sun beds. Left of the infinity pool is where you will find the jacuzzi. There are more sun beds and here and an incredible 270 degrees view with the mountains and the sea in the background. In front of the indoor pool is another large dining table with seating for 12 people, a covered gas barbecue, and the same amazing views. At night illuminated stairs lead you to the latest and most stunning part of the resort, a large beach area with a beach bar, sun beds, parasols, and a “Real Sand” pool. Tons of sand imported from Mallorca cover the surrounding area. The wall in front of the pool is covered with a giant 200 x 100 inch (5 x 2.5 meter) HD LED screen so you can enjoy whatever you like to watch from your sun bed while having your feet in warm water. At night the whole garden is magenta illuminated, which gives the garden a totally different look. Surrounded by palm, pine and fruit trees and woods, this tropical setting is the best you could wish for. Above, the lounge, bar, pool area and all suites are on the same level except for the garden suite which is located at the under-build of the east wing. The lounge which is split -up into three parts starts with a recreation/sport area that is equipped with a poker table that can be converted into a pool billiard. Left from the dining area you´ll find a cosy bar with barstools. The bar leads to a spacious kitchen of which you’ll find a complete description here. The most exclusive part of the lounge comes next. Two steps lower then the rest of the room you´ll enter an indoor wellness area that contains a large round pool with fountains surrounded by hardwood and a marble floor with impressive columns. The temperature of the water can be controlled by the digital control panel next to the bar. The TV lounge and the pool are openly connected by terrace doors reaching the ceiling, which gives great panoramic sea views and lots of natural light.
