GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
Arrivals and signing of the contract after 21:00 are subject to a supplement of €30; after 11pm: €40.
A valid ID and contract signature will be required on the day of arrival to ensure the signing of the rental agreement in accordance with local laws.
The validity of the lease will start from 16:00 on the day of arrival. (Unless otherwise indicated).
The termination of the contract takes place by 11:00 on the day of departure. (Unless otherwise indicated).
The delay in the exit phase will be interpreted as a violation of the rental conditions and therefore punishable. If the tenant does not arrive on the date stipulated in the rental, he must inform us promptly for any reason.
In the event that objects, furniture and utensils should be compromised, broken and not in good condition upon your arrival, you must immediately inform our staff who will contact the lessor to repair them as soon as possible. Tenats will be held responsible for defects and damage to things, the costs of the necessary repairs will be borne by it, after a "bad habit", omission and negligence in the maintenance of objects, furniture, tools and accessories that are present in the building at the entrance .
Our staff and the landlord cannot be held responsible for irregularities and failures in water, electricity and telephone supplies, etc., when these are produced by third parties or by public bodies involved in nearby works.
On the day of termination of the contact the property must be left in order as it was delivered at the time of the start of the contract. If this clause is not respected, a sum of variable amount will be deducted from the deposit.
1.- If you are interested in renting this property, you should know that in order to proceed with the reservation it is necessary to sign a special seasonal rental agreement with the rental amount and the corresponding dates. This lease agreement is governed by the legislation applicable to lease agreements for use other than the home, in compliance with the provisions of articles 3, 4.1, and 4.3 of Law 29/1994 on urban leases (LAU).
2.- This contract is granted in compliance with the provisions of Law 29/1994, of 24 November, on urban leases and will be governed by what is freely agreed in this contract, and in everything not included therein, by what is determined in the Title III of the aforementioned Law, and as a supplement to the provisions of the Civil Code. and in no case are they subject to Law 6/2017, of July 31, amending Law 8/2012, of July 19, on tourism in the Balearic Islands, relating to the marketing of tourist stays in families.
3.- The landlord of said property does not offer the following services, in compliance with the aforementioned laws:
a) Periodic cleaning of the house.
b) Supply of bed linen, bed linen, household items in general and replacement of these.
c) Plant maintenance
d) Any other that may be determined by legislation.
