Sa Caleta Apartment is located just 3 minutes from Sa Caleta beach, 5 minutes from the famous Tropicana and Blue Marlin beach clubs. The apartment is only 1km from Playa d'en Bossa, so it is close to supermarkets, the bus stop and the Ushuaia and Hi nightclubs.
The apartment has a covered terrace with a dining table, a bright room with two comfortable wall-mounted smart TV sofas and an equipped kitchen.
There are two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with a shower.
You must respect the rules of the house which:
- Cleaning and order of the apartment
- Throw away the garbage daily, if the garbage will not be thrown away, you will have to pay a plus of 50 euros removed from the final security deposit
- All types of parties are not allowed inside and outside the house
- A security deposit of 400 euro will have to be paid upon arrival, which will be returned on the day of check-out if there is no damage inside the house.
Check-in after 20:00 will have an additional cost of 40 euro.
