It is located in Marina de Botafoch near the port, the center of Ibiza town, the Paseo Maritimo, the Lio, the Pacha, and the famous Cipriani restaurant. The building has a 24-hour guarded concierge, a shared swimming pool, a solarium area, shared WI-FI, parking and air conditioning. The 65 sq m apartment with a 10 sq m terrace is furnished with modern furniture; has two double bedrooms, (one with double bed, TV in the bedroom and en suite bathtub), another with two single beds, a shower and a toilet, a living room with LCD TV and sofa with chaise longue, washing machine / dryer , dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen with dishes and complete with all appliances

All costs, water, electricity, gas, internet access and swimming pool are included in the rent. The apartment is rented with household linen, bed linen, bath towels.
The day before entering the apartment you will be given the name and telephone number of the assistant who will take care of your check-in. As soon as you land at Ibiza airport you have to call him to arrange the meeting in front of the apartment
