Ibizan style villa set in a large estate of 15,000m2 with ancient olive trees and vineyards. It is located in the countryside, in the area called Sa Coma, surrounded by nature and only 10 minutes from the city of Ibiza. Arriving at the house through the entrance walkway we find access to the house, the swimming pool and the barbecue area, with a large terrace that borders the entire front, with outdoor furniture, a large table to celebrate your lunches and 'open. spaces and surrounded by gardens with native plants and flowers. Crossing the wooden door that gives access to the house we find the kitchen with dining room. Equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, it is the connecting space between the outdoor areas and the bedrooms and living room. The living room, next to the terraces, appears to us as the great nerve center of the house, where you can meet up with friends and enjoy your stay. Its pleasant decoration next to the fireplace and the ceilings with juniper beams make it a welcoming and connecting place among the 5 rooms available. The rooms, all with wooden ceilings, exterior windows and a careful Mediterranean decoration, offer a total of 7 sleeping places, including 3 double beds and 4 single beds. It has 2 full bathrooms with shower, sink, toilet and bidet, as well as shower and towels for all guests. Next to the living room we have an intimate reading or work space with a desk and a view of the countryside. The pool is surrounded by fruit trees, palms and wild flowers. In addition to having sun loungers, next to it you will find a comfortable covered space with barbecue, wood-burning oven and a large table to enjoy with family and friends. The house has free Wi-Fi and a large recreational space where you can connect with nature and breathe the authentic essence of Ibiza.

Booking Conditions
By continuing with the reservation, you are accepting the terms and conditions set forth below:
1. Parties, Events and pets are not allowed. Neither does the stay in the house of guests invited by guests (8 maximum).
2. A prepayment is required to confirm the reservation and secure the accommodation. The booking will not be confirmed until this prepayment is received.
3. The final amount will be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Upon receiving the latter payment, instructions will be sent that will include the details of check-in and contact form with our team.
4. It is mandatory to meet house rules. In case of default, may be withdrawn from the deposit.
5. Check-in is from 4pm. Check-out is by 10am. Not respecting these schedules may incur an extra cost.
6. A deposit of € 1000 will be mandatory as a pre-authorization by credit card to cover possible damages, extra cleaning costs, theft, or departures outside the established schedule. This amount will be returned after reviewing the accommodation.
7. The house is equipped with a basic supply (kitchen paper, toilet paper and perhaps salt/pepper, etc.). Once finished, the company will not be responsible for supplying these items and it will be the guest who will have to take care of your purchase.
8. Cancellation policy: Before 60 days of check in the cancellation will be free, after this period it is non-refundable.
